Business Analyst for Healthcare Operations

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Partner with operational leaders to achieve KPIs and optimize performance dashboards
• Map current and future state processes using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst, preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, terminology, and regulations
• Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is preferred
