Business Analyst for Identity Services

Job Summary

To support a large enterprise organization, the contracted Business Analyst for Identity Services will gather and document requirements, map identity journeys, and translate business needs into specifications for engineering teams, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements for authentication and identity workflows
• Analyze and map current-state identity journeys, documenting pain points and integration dependencies
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications for engineering and architecture teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on technology programs
• Experience supporting identity, authentication, or access management initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to gather and document requirements in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Proficiency in producing business requirements documents and user stories
• Experience working within large, complex enterprise environments, preferably in regulated industries
