Business Analyst for Insurance
Job Summary
To support a large-scale Guidewire Claims Center modernization initiative, the contract IT Business Analyst for Insurance will lead business analysis activities, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of complex business initiatives in a hybrid or remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business analysis by gathering, documenting, and validating requirements with senior stakeholders
- Serve as the liaison between business partners and project teams to deliver functional and technical solutions
- Manage reporting workstreams, ensuring deliverables align with project objectives and timelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
- Extensive experience with Guidewire Claims Center
- Working knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
- Demonstrated experience leading projects in Agile environments
- Proficiency in using JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite
