Business Analyst for Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Operations Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance operations business processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Document workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to design improved end-to-end processes
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with Homeowners Insurance and understanding of end-to-end workflows
• Proven experience in process management or business process improvement
• Advanced knowledge of process improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and performance tracking
