- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and support testing activities
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise software implementations
- Demonstrated experience working directly with business users and operational teams
- Strong documentation skills to translate complex processes into clear materials
- Experience in environments with evolving requirements and competing priorities
- Prior experience with retirement, pension, or benefits administration systems is preferred
