Business Analyst for Rural Health

Job Summary

To support the Rural Health Transformation Plan, the contract Business Analyst for Rural Health will work remotely to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and participate in system testing while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and finalize business requirements with project teams and system vendors, analyzing existing processes for improvements
• Create gap analysis studies and ensure identified gaps are addressed throughout the project lifecycle
• Draft test plans and scenarios for the Rural Health Transformation project and participate in system testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst position
• Experience defining business problems and documenting requirements for large-scale IT systems
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodology
• Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload with general direction
