Business Analyst for SAP S4HANA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst for SAP S4 HANA Migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document current-state business processes impacted by SAP
• Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functionality and ensure alignment with business needs
• Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and support change management efforts

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP
• Exceptional analytical skills for mapping business processes to SAP functionality
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle phases: discovery, requirements, testing, and go-live support
• Background in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus
