Job Summary
To support the Office of the University Registrar, the full-time Business Analyst for Scheduling will manage academic catalogue production, event scheduling, and academic calendar maintenance while collaborating with various university departments in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead communication and updates for the academic catalogue across divisions, ensuring data integrity and adherence to policies
- Administer the scheduling software, analyze space usage, and produce analytics for effective resource utilization
- Maintain the academic calendar, collaborating with divisional offices to ensure conflict-free scheduling
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Three years of related experience
- Functional experience with Student Information Systems and scheduling software
- Knowledge of FERPA regulations and university policies
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
