Job Summary

- Document operational workflows and define requirements for automation and system enhancements
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to evaluate automation and AI enablement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
- Demonstrated experience using Jira for backlog management
- Experience documenting business processes and workflows
- Experience supporting automation or system enhancement initiatives
