Business Analyst, Global Sales
Job Summary
Proactively supporting the Global Sales Performance team, the fully remote Business Analyst, Global Sales Performance will manage incoming analytics requests, develop complex data models, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce and Gong reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for managing and fulfilling a high volume of analytics requests related to reporting and order management
- Partner with senior leadership to build and refine data models that streamline outputs for performance trend analysis
- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce and Gong reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role
- Proven expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) and Gong reporting environments
- Strong ability to translate business questions into technical reporting requirements
- Experience managing rapid-response support queues while ensuring data accuracy
- Ability to effectively communicate between technical data modeling and strategic sales needs
