Key Responsibilities

• Identifies and manages changes to existing Technical Operations processes, including scope definition and user acceptance testing
• Establishes scalable and efficient processes, ensuring smooth transitions to operational maintenance
• Performs data analysis using SQL or business intelligence software and develops project plans for timely deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of analyst experience in writing requirements, developing solutions, and conducting testing
• Ability to participate in and support compliance program objectives
• Experience with regulatory guidance related to government programs
• Proficiency in data reporting and manipulation, particularly with tools like Microsoft Excel and QlikView
