Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements for Technical Operations processes and services
• Manage changes to existing processes, including scope definition and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain documentation and oversight for compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of analyst experience in writing requirements and implementing process improvements
• Experience in conducting testing in a business environment
• Participation in compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
