Business Analyst, Government Programs

Job Summary

To support STAR Quality and Value Based Care initiatives, the remote Business Analyst, Government Programs will manage reporting enhancements, gather business requirements, and analyze data to ensure quality and accuracy in healthcare analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Support enhancements to Business Intelligence reports and dashboards for monitoring performance
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for reporting solutions
• Perform data validation and analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and identify data issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with HEDIS or Pharmacy STARs measures
• 1+ years in a business analyst, reporting analyst, data analyst, or related role
• Experience with Geospatial modeling, Stochastic Modeling, and Healthcare Risk Analytics
• Basic SQL, Python, R, or other statistical tool experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
