Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst (Healthcare A&G).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains requirement documents related to coverage and reimbursement to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conducts analysis to identify root causes and assists with problem management regarding state requirements
• Communicates requirement interpretations and changes to stakeholders for alignment and approvals

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a managed care organization or health insurance field
• Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
• Robust knowledge of Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
• Strong analytical skills
