Business Analyst - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support healthcare improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Business Analyst - Healthcare will analyze CoreMMIS reports, develop business requirements, and create ad hoc reports to enhance Provider Enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and develop business and technical solutions
• Analyze discrepancies in CoreMMIS reports and develop requirements for system changes
• Create and present executive reports that translate complex data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Healthcare Industry
• Familiarity with private health insurance and Medicaid
• Experience in creating concise executive reporting
• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation and documentation skills for client-facing interactions
