Business Analyst Healthcare

Job Summary

To support deliverables processing and tracking, the full-time Business Analyst Healthcare will manage change management activities and collaborate with vendors and project teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files while generating status reports
• Process new requests for deliverables and ensure timely logging and communication with SMEs and PMs
• Collaborate with the Change Management Office and project management to align on deliverable activities and requirements

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Change and Release Management methodologies
• 5 years of experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 5 years of experience in data entry and work order processing
• 5 years of experience in tracking, reporting, and managing workflow processes
• Experience in an IT environment, particularly in healthcare, is preferred
