A company is looking for a Business Analyst, HR Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with process improvements and governance policies for the HR Analytics team
• Engage in analytics and data analysis tasks over time
• Collaborate with team members, attending onsite meetings in Northern California once a month

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related role
• Exposure or understanding of data analysis, preferably within the HR domain
• Strong interest in data analysis and analytics
• Permanent residence in California with willingness to be onsite once a month
• Prior experience in the utility industry is a plus but not required
