Business Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and reporting on departmental revenue, expenses, and strategic projects to drive profits and reduce costs
• Identify, analyze, and recommend business process improvements across the services organization
• Represent the services organization in cross-functional process/system design and development efforts

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required, with a concentration in a business discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements definition, project management, and change management
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP; CRM experience is a plus
• Experience with process improvements across different departments within an organization is required
