Key Responsibilities

• Identify trends in expenses, utilization, and medical quality
• Perform statistical analyses and explain findings to non-technical audiences
• Investigate variances and derive solutions to cost and quality issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, healthcare, management, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in financial and/or medical analysis
• Experience in healthcare insurance or the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
