Business Analyst I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst I to support program management through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on internal and external data sources to assess program impact and efficiency
• Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
• Support strategic projects and assist with data mapping, quality assurance, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in SQL Server and ETL processes
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard creation tools
• Familiarity with data models and database design preferred
