Business Analyst I

Job Summary

Providing operational and analytical support remotely, the full-time Business Analyst I will manage fee analysis, business initiatives, and process improvements while collaborating with various internal teams to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze agency and third-party fees eligible for charge back to customers, ensuring accurate documentation and validation
• Support business initiatives through financial analysis, operational production analysis, and business reporting to executive decision makers
• Drive business process improvements by assessing current processes, designing target state processes, and identifying gaps using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
• Associate's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
• 2 years of related experience in a similar role
