Business Analyst II

Job Summary

To support the services organization, the remote Business Analyst II will manage business process improvements, analyze departmental revenue and expenses, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recommend changes to business processes across the organization
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to define and improve processes
• Manage multiple process/system improvement projects simultaneously

Required qualifications

• BS/BA required, preferably with a concentration in a business discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in requirements definition, project management, and change management
• Experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
• Demonstrated experience with process improvements across various departments
• Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences, including management and stakeholders
