Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II who will perform various analyses to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ad-hoc reports for data analysis and validation
• Research and assess the financial impact of identified issues in data/processes
• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in data mining using SQL, Oracle, or similar tools
• Project management experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
