Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supplemental Business Analyst II to implement new customers for supplemental products.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and internal partners as a subject matter expert on voluntary product lines for customers with 1000+ lives
• Ensure accurate setup of customers in the new PAS System and draft contract documents, billing setups, and enrollment processing
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by advocating for the customer experience and providing consultative support and training

Required Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience with employee benefits products
• Five (5) years of experience in benefits administration, new case management, or enrollment technology
• Experience in client or relationship management
• Project management experience with a focus on timelines
• Experience with voluntary/supplemental products is highly preferred
