Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II (Technical Writing).

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify user requirements and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Assist with implementation of business solutions and update departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
