Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II (IT/MIT) to implement strategies for improvement through data analysis and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Document current state through observation and interviews with stakeholders
• Gather requirements to identify gaps between current and future states
• Manage projects and communicate regularly to ensure successful completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience with Managed IT
• Experience working with offshore development teams
• Current industry-recognized certifications preferred, such as Azure DevOps or IIBA CCBA
