Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II (Copier/Print) to implement strategies for improvement and manage projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Document current state and gather requirements from stakeholders to identify gaps
• Create business requirements and user stories, ensuring project scope is communicated and accepted
• Mentor and coach other Business Analysts while coordinating project completion and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience in a copier or managed print organization
• Experience working with offshore development teams
• Industry-recognized certifications in relevant applications preferred
• IIBA CCBA certification preferred
