Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to conduct research and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and create testable UAT scenarios
• Perform tests to validate system functionality and monitor UAT progress
• Recommend solutions based on data analysis to enhance quality and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Minimum of four (4) years' experience in an operational or analytical role
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and claims processing in FACETS
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
