Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II specializing in User Acceptance Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements to improve existing processes and recommend business solutions
• Lead problem-solving efforts and assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Software testing experience including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strongly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL preferred
