• Define requirements, build process documents, and plan for change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Experience applying business process redesign principles in an HR organization
• Capability to define business requirements and document complex process flows using LucidChart
• ServiceNow and KnowledgeBase implementation experience is a plus
• Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to changing dynamics
