Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to manage tasks related to application implementation and support the Servicing team.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret vendor release notes and support the rollout of servicing system features
Gather requirements to create documentation, process flows, and test cases
Assist in project implementation and enhancements to servicing systems

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
A degree in IT/Computer Science preferred
Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and practices
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
In-depth knowledge of MSP, with at least 3 years' experience working with MSP/Director 7 preferred
