Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders to meet delivery requirements
• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data using standard tools
• Serve as a liaison between groups to create operational efficiencies and assess process improvement options

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Experience with tools or industry standards for gathering and managing requirements
• Understanding of business analysis industry, tools, and processes
• Ability to collaborate with Project and Program Managers and cross-functional teams
• Continued development of analytical skills
