Key Responsibilities

• Drive implementation and coordinate projects for medical policy transformation
• Manage medical policy formats and versions using new tools
• Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience
• Two years of analytical experience in a technical or business environment
• One year of business analysis functions experience
• Previous experience with AI/Automation projects is preferred
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred
