Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to lead and support requirements analysis, documentation, and testing for federal government IT applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional IT system requirements
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, scripts, and use cases for various testing phases
• Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and conduct training sessions for end-users

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT business analysis or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, business, or a related discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies and design thinking principles
• Experience supporting IT modernization efforts, including cloud migration
