Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications
• Support and enhance applications built using .NET and SQL Server, managing incident tickets and ensuring SLA adherence
• Act as a liaison between business, SOC, audit, and IT operations teams, preparing reports and status updates for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET) and SQL Server
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Experience supporting SOC audits, ITGC controls, and access management
