Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II (Commercial & Consumer Lending - Revenue Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and solve data-driven problems across Commercial & Consumer Lending using business processes and reporting systems
• Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting solutions to support revenue and performance management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Typically 3+ years of experience in business analytics, revenue operations, financial reporting, or related analytical role
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and data structure, Power BI dashboard development, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Preferred experience in financial services, lending, or revenue performance environments
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
