Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to align business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and processes to improve existing operations
• Recommend business solutions and assist with implementation on assigned projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and claims payment/analysis
• Experience with structured testing and familiarity with Amisys system, Excel, and related tools preferred
• Understanding of provider reimbursement methodologies is preferred
