Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II - Performance & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis to identify factors affecting business profitability and efficiency
• Provide operational support by responding to inquiries and implementing process enhancements
• Produce reports and documentation to communicate business initiatives and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
• Experience in data analytics and system support
• Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, and Jira
• Understanding of risk management policies and procedures for a financial institution
