Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II - Implementation Support & UAT (LTSS).

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and improve existing processes
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience in UAT, integration testing, and data/interface validation
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow
• Project management experience preferred
