Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II - Implementation Support & UAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis, implementation barrier identification, and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordination between various business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or ServiceNow
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and claims payment/analysis preferred
• Project management experience preferred
