Business Analyst II

Job Summary

Focused on Production Operations, the part-time remote Business Analyst II will elicit, analyze, and validate project requirements while serving as the liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with Operations and Technology partners to ensure smooth Production rollouts and ongoing operations
• Document project objectives and requirements while managing project scope and stakeholder engagement
• Establish effective testing strategies and document system changes, including business rules and use cases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent experience required
• Minimum four years of experience in programming/system analysis, business process, or project management
• Relevant experience in mortgage lending and/or consumer lending technology preferred
• Experience in Agile methodologies and managing project backlogs strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, SharePoint, and third-party task management software required
