Business Analyst II

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Business Analyst II will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams by managing requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring quality delivery of features across internal platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and process analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify technical requirements and validate proposed solutions meet business needs
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain the product log in Azure DevOps, including user stories and tasks

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in a technical or software delivery environment
• Ability to read and interpret REST API documentation and JSON/XML request-response structures
• Proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Suite, and Miro
