Business Analyst II

Job Summary

To support strategic business initiatives, the full-time remote Business Analyst II will analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead Agile teams in documenting requirements and developing process models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead thorough analyses of business processes to identify strategic opportunities for improvement and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that align with business objectives
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential projects for strategic alignment

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, business operations, or similar roles
• Proficiency in SQL or other tools for data analysis and querying
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems
• Ability to document and apply business requirement guidelines
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior business analysts
