Business Analyst II

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Analyst II will perform various analyses to link business needs and objectives, partnering with IT and program managers to enhance recovery operations and support business initiatives through data analysis and system improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate operational needs into system enhancements and develop business requirements while managing issue resolution
• Monitor recovery operations and reporting tools to identify issues and savings opportunities, leading user acceptance testing and implementation of quality solutions
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements and enhance operational reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Intermediate Excel experience highly preferred
