Job Summary

To support a hybrid work environment, the contract Business Analyst II will leverage extensive experience in technical analysis and Agile methodologies to document use cases and process mappings over a 12-month period.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document technical requirements and use cases for projects
• Utilize Agile project management practices to facilitate project workflows
• Map and document business processes to improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a senior-level Business Analyst in a technical field
• Basic working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
• Experience in understanding and documenting use cases
• Familiarity with process documentation mapping
• Preferred experience in emerging technology sectors
