Job Summary

To support the development of user-focused solutions, the full-time remote Business Analyst II will gather requirements, analyze data, and create documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance products and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements from end users and business partners to inform design decisions
• Create clear requirements documentation and detailed visual models, including workflow diagrams and prototypes
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are implemented effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of business analysis experience
• 3+ years of experience with a prototyping tool for designing front-end web pages
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related field
• Experience with SQL and diagramming tools like Visio
• Proficiency in applying UX best practices and business process modeling
