Business Analyst II
Job Summary
To support business initiatives, the full-time remote Business Analyst II will perform data analysis, identify implementation barriers, and conduct user acceptance testing while focusing on coding defect management and resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
- Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
- Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or claims payment
- Knowledge of managed care information systems and provider reimbursement methodologies
- Experience with coding defect research and resolution
- Previous structured testing experience preferred
