Business Analyst II

Job Summary

To support business initiatives, the full-time remote Business Analyst II will perform data analysis, identify user requirements, and recommend solutions for claims coding processes while enhancing operational reports.

Key responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and existing processes to recommend improvements
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units for project implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in healthcare or claims payment
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and provider reimbursement methodologies preferred
• Experience with claims coding research and root cause analysis
• Previous structured testing experience preferred
