Business Analyst II
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Business Analyst II - Delivery & Validation to support application modernization and technology upgrades, this remote position will manage requirements traceability, solution validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements, processes, and workflows
- Coordinate UAT activities, including test case development, execution, and defect tracking
- Support business and operational readiness for application releases and system migrations
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis for complex technology initiatives
- Strong background in developing current-state and future-state process documentation
- Experience in UAT and business validation activities, including requirements traceability
- Proficiency in evaluating technology solutions against business requirements
- Ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
