Job Summary
Supporting public-health data and interoperability initiatives, the full-time Business Analyst II will translate client needs into clear business and technical requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements through collaboration with public-health stakeholders and SMEs
- Develop requirement artifacts such as business requirements, user stories, and process maps, while coordinating with technical teams to translate these into solution designs
- Support analysis of system integrations and data flows, contributing to documentation and decisions regarding data quality and reporting requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health informatics, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of relevant experience as a business analyst in technical-centric projects
- Fluency in public-health surveillance, epidemiology workflows, and STLT public-health operations
- Ability to analyze and document end-to-end workflows, system integrations, and data flows supporting surveillance and reporting use cases
- Collaborative mindset for working across technical delivery teams and public-health stakeholders
